Sometimes, you just don’t know what the heck they’re talking about. You could be American and that Brit with a stiff upper lip just confounds you to kingdom come. Sounds like he’s speaking a whole different language, when in fact he’s not. It’s also the case the other way around. Or any other way, for that matter. Most of time, even Asians who are fully capable of speaking English get all confused and mixed up whenever they try and hold a conversation with a native English speaker. You are afraid.
Sometimes, though, you both are Americans but you still don’t know what the heck that person in front of you is talking about. They go on and on with these huge terms like sarcoidosis and systemic lupus erythematosis and you just get that uncontrollable want to shove all that medical jargon up their asses. You are definitely afraid.
But fear no more. English Act is here.
What is English Act? It is a video blog. It can deepen your understanding of the different uses of English in the whole wide world. (Some countries not included) It can help you become a better person by perfectly comprehending that Brit’s or that Aussie’s litany on the pirates of the Carribean. It can help you become a bigger, better version of yourself by sounding intelligent at first and then catching up with what you sound like in the end.
Oh what the heck. It’s all just going to be done for FUN. Done for FUN. That rhymes. Don’t worry, though. You won’t be taught poetry or nursery rhymes here. We’re all about making you laugh your heads off. It’s all comedy with a teensy bit of learning. Plus, it’s just English. It’s not like we’re going to have nosebleeds everywhere with these vlogs.
Still don’t know what I’m talking about? Either you don’t really speak English or YOU JUST HAVE TO WATCH OUT FOR THE FIRST ENGLISH ACT VIDEO BLOG. I know it’s the latter. So wait. It’s going to be worth it.
